1. Scope and contracting party
These Terms and the Refund Policy apply to ticket purchases at event.okoncert.live. The event description and the information shown before payment form part of the contract. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; accepting these Terms is not consent to advertising, tracking or photography.

We trade under the okoncert.live brand and sell in our own name as your contracting party for the concert service. A venue or performing artist is not substituted as your contracting party. These Terms do not cover sales as an agent for another organiser; any such arrangement requires separate, clearly disclosed terms before purchase.
2. Purchase and delivery
Before paying, check and correct the concert, date, venue, seats, quantity and email address. The payment button indicates that the order entails an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the payment provider confirms successful payment for the order. We send the confirmation and electronic QR-code tickets to the email address provided. An email delivery failure does not invalidate a paid order; contact us for assistance. No postal delivery is required.
Each ticket permits one admission to its stated performance and, where applicable, seat. The available checkout languages are English, German, Estonian and Finnish. The language selected for the purchase is the contract language. A purchaser must have legal capacity to contract or the required authorisation from their legal representative.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes and mandatory charges. Optional extras require a separate choice. The total is shown before payment and is fixed for the confirmed order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed through Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
Selected seats are held for the period shown at checkout. If a late payment is captured after release and the selected seats are unavailable, we offer an alternative for your agreement or refund the payment in full. We may investigate suspected fraud; a suspicion alone does not permanently cancel a valid paid ticket. Any refusal or cancellation must have a lawful basis and we will explain it where legally permitted.
4. No statutory cooling-off right
For concert services on a specified date or during a specified period, the statutory 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right does not apply under the national provisions implementing Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, including § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB in Germany. This does not affect remedies for cancellation, non-performance or other breaches. Our additional voluntary refund option is set out in the Refund Policy.
5. Ticket transfer and admission
You may give your ticket to another person without charge. Eligibility for a discounted ticket must still be met. Keep the QR code private: it normally permits only the first valid admission scan. Contact staff if a scan is disputed; a technical or staff error does not extinguish your rights.
Commercial resale above the original face value requires our prior permission. A breach does not automatically forfeit the price or all rights of a subsequent holder; any remedy must be lawful and proportionate.
6. Seats, accessibility and late arrival
Take the seat shown on your ticket, unless the event provides unreserved seating. A necessary change for safety, accessibility or operational reasons must offer a genuinely equivalent or better seat, including view and access. If we cannot do so, statutory remedies, including an appropriate price reduction or termination where justified, remain available.
Latecomers may enter during a suitable pause and may temporarily be seated elsewhere to avoid disruption. Please contact us before purchase about step-free access or other access requirements; historic venues may have physical limitations. Mandatory accessibility and assistance rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes and cancellation
Minor changes for an objective reason, such as the order of pieces or a supporting musician's illness, are allowed only if they preserve the concert's advertised essential character and are reasonable for the customer. We inform purchasers promptly of relevant changes using their purchase contact details.
Cancellation, a changed performance date or another material change gives you the options described in the Refund Policy. Start-time changes are assessed according to their significance and the circumstances; there is no automatic classification of every change of up to 60 minutes as immaterial. Keeping a ticket valid for a replacement event does not oblige you to accept it.
8. Venue rules and children
Reasonable venue rules disclosed before purchase and lawful safety instructions apply. In particular:
- keep aisles and restricted areas, including the altar area, clear;
- do not bring weapons, dangerous objects or obstructive luggage;
- food, drink and animals are excluded from the hall, except assistance animals and necessary medical or accessibility exceptions;
- silence phones; private photography without flash is allowed only where the event rules permit it and without disturbing others; no unauthorised livestreaming, public distribution or commercial recording;
- do not endanger or seriously disturb others, including through intoxication.
Admission may be refused or a person removed where necessary and proportionate, normally after a warning if circumstances permit. Refund consequences depend on the circumstances and applicable law; there is no automatic forfeiture for every infringement.
As a contractual admission rule, children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid ticket, unless the event page permits otherwise. Event-specific age limits and children's ticket requirements are stated before purchase. Mandatory local child-protection rules prevail.
Stage fog, amplified sound and lighting effects may be used. Event-specific information is provided before purchase; contact us about particular needs. Attendance does not waive our safety duties. Photography by us is addressed in the Privacy Policy and is not authorised merely by buying a ticket or attending.
9. Liability and exceptional events
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, culpable injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment, expressly assumed guarantees and liability that cannot legally be limited. These exceptions also apply to acts of our representatives and persons engaged to perform our obligations.
Otherwise, to the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for slight negligence is limited to breach of essential contractual duties whose performance enables the contract to be carried out and on which the customer normally relies; compensation is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the contract. Other liability for slight negligence is excluded. Any mandatory rule providing greater protection prevails. Rights to performance, repayment, price reduction and termination are not restricted by these limits.
Travel and accommodation are arranged at the customer’s own expense and are not part of the ticket service. Cancellation or rescheduling does not by itself entitle the customer to reimbursement of these costs. Any damages claim meeting the legal requirements remains subject to this section.
Events beyond our reasonable control may prevent performance. They do not remove your right to repayment for a cancelled service or oblige you to accept a new date or voucher. Any exemption from damages depends on the applicable law and the actual circumstances.
10. Complaints, law and disputes
Contact [email protected] or the address above. We respond to consumer complaints within 15 working days, or sooner where required by law; any legally permitted extension will be explained. Contacting us does not prevent you from using a competent court or other remedy.
Latvian law applies. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence where that protection applies under Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation or other applicable conflict-of-laws rules. Jurisdiction is determined by law, including applicable EU consumer jurisdiction rules. No exclusive jurisdiction in Riga is imposed.
For assistance, contact Latvia's Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC), https://www.ptac.gov.lv, or the European Consumer Centre in your country, https://www.eccnet.eu. Access to competent consumer dispute bodies under applicable law is unaffected. We do not voluntarily undertake to participate in proceedings before a German consumer arbitration board; legally compulsory participation and information duties remain unaffected.
11. Versions and language
The version provided at purchase applies to that purchase. Changes apply to future purchases only. An invalid clause is replaced by the applicable statutory rule, with the remainder continuing insofar as legally permissible. All four language versions are intended to have the same meaning; English does not override the language agreed with a consumer or mandatory rules on interpretation.
12. Trademarks
Apple, Apple Wallet and the “Add to Apple Wallet” badge are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Wallet is a trademark of Google LLC. Other names and logos belong to their respective owners.
